The iDEAL MSC-18K-X-472 Mobile Column Lifting System is an ALI certified heavy-duty lift designed to handle the most demanding lifting needs. Each column in this set of four can lift up to 18,000 pounds, providing a total lifting capacity of 72,000 pounds. This system is ideal for lifting large commercial vehicles such as fire trucks, school buses, and other heavy-duty vehicles.

The MSC-18K-X system is available in configurations of two, four, or six columns, offering flexibility to accommodate various vehicle sizes and weights, with a maximum capacity of up to 108,000 pounds. The system operates on a 24VDC battery with an onboard charging system, ensuring mobility and ease of use. Communication between columns is maintained via a retractable cable reel system, and the U-shaped wiring configuration allows for quick vehicle entry and exit.

Technicians can control the lift from any column, and the system's PLC and optical encoder ensure continuous synchronization for safe and accurate lifting. The independent mechanical locking system and emergency switches on each column provide the highest safety assurance. The adjustable lifting forks accommodate a wide range of wheel diameters, making this system versatile for various vehicle types.

The compact design of the MSC-18K-X allows for easy storage without taking up valuable shop space. The system includes an easy-to-use master control panel with an LCD screen and keypad for setting the lifting height. Optional accessories are available to expand the lift's capabilities, including lifting passenger vehicles and light trucks.
