The iDEAL MSC-18K-X-6108 Mobile Column Vehicle Lifts offer a robust and versatile solution for lifting heavy-duty vehicles. With a total lifting capacity of 108,000 lbs. across six columns, this system is designed to handle the most demanding lifting tasks, such as fire trucks, school buses, and other large commercial vehicles. The lift is ALI and ETL certified, ensuring it meets stringent safety and performance standards.

The MSC-18K-X features advanced technology, including a Siemens PLC and electro-optical encoder that continuously synchronize all columns for smooth, coordinated lifting. Each column can lift up to 18,000 lbs., and the system's mobile design allows for quick setup and easy transformation of a flat bay into a lift bay, optimizing workspace efficiency.

Technicians benefit from user-friendly controls on each column, allowing for individual or paired synchronized operation. The system includes a 24VDC battery operation with an onboard charging system, and its compact footprint allows for convenient storage when not in use.

Additional features include adjustable lifting forks for a wide range of wheel diameters, a communication cable with retractable reels, an independent mechanical locking system, and emergency switches on each column for enhanced safety. The MSC-18K-X is also equipped with a U-shape wiring configuration for quick vehicle entry and exit, and a new LED light with a magnetic base for better visibility during operation.
