Introducing the ER90 EVO, a fully automatic, no-contact balancing machine that eliminates the need for a check-spin. This cutting-edge wheel balancer automatically detects wheel data with the press of a single touchbutton, and within seconds, provides clear and accurate indications of the exact position to place counterweights (clip-on and/or stick-on weights).

The ER90 EVO features CEMB's innovative AutoAdaptive Mode software, which measures the wheel's weight and dimensions and recalculates the tolerance value to cancel any vibration perceived on the steering wheel, ensuring the greatest possible driving comfort. Combined with CEMB's OPB (One Plane Balancing) program, 3D Laser Scan, and HubMatch, which clocks the RFV (Radial Force Vectoring) highpoint of the assembly to the vehicle hub before mounting it at the 12 o'clock position, the ER90 EVO guarantees significant time savings during the balancing process. The machine also includes a TDC Laser (Top Dead Center) for steel rims.
