The iDEAL MSC-18K-X-236 Mobile Column Lifting System is a robust, ALI Certified solution designed for heavy-duty lifting needs. Each column in this system can lift up to 18,000 pounds, providing a total capacity of 36,000 pounds when two columns are used together. The system is designed to handle large commercial vehicles such as fire trucks, school buses, and other heavy equipment by lifting them by the wheels.
The MSC-18K-X system is available in sets of two, four, or six columns, allowing for a total lifting capacity of up to 108,000 pounds. This flexibility, combined with the system's mobile design, enables technicians to transform a standard flat bay into a lift bay, optimizing shop space usage. The system is battery-operated with a 24VDC onboard charging system, ensuring ease of use and mobility.
Technicians can operate the lift from any column using the intuitive master control panel, which offers individual or synchronized lifting options. The system includes PLC and optical encoders for continuous synchronization of all columns, ensuring safe and precise operation. The adjustable lifting forks can accommodate a wide range of wheel diameters, and the independent mechanical locking system, along with emergency switches on each column, provides the highest level of safety.
The iDEAL MSC-18K-X system is easily positioned using a pallet jack-style device with poly caster wheels, making it convenient to store out of the way when not in use. Additional features include a U-shaped wiring configuration for quick vehicle entry and exit, a communication cable with retractable reels, and a new LED light with a magnetic base for enhanced visibility during operation. Optional ALI Certified accessories are also available to expand the system's capabilities.
