Introducing the CM27T Heavy Duty Truck & Bus Tire Changer, a powerful and efficient solution for servicing tube and tubeless tires used on over-the-road Class 8 commercial trucks and some off-road tractor tires and rims. This tire changer features a pivoting four-jaw clamping chuck that doubles as a wheel lift, eliminating the liabilities associated with manual truck tire changing by allowing the machine to handle all the heavy lifting and service work.

The CM27T offers self-centering wheel clamping for diameters ranging from 13" to 27" and tire diameters up to 63", with a nominal HD truck wheel service range of 15" to 24.5" rims. All operations are controlled from a portable control unit, providing easy access to multiple areas around the tire and wheel during service and aiding in tire bead lubrication, demounting, and mounting. The bi-directional rotation of the clamping system, combined with an adjustable bead loosening roller force of over 4100 LbF (1860 KgF), ensures efficient and effective tire changing. The heavy-duty 220v, 1 ph. 50/60 Hz high torque motor powers the unit, which is finally assembled and tested in the USA.
